Ultrarunning

Over the years, I have discovered a love for running. My race distances have increased from two-mile races in middle school to an ultra-marathon, a 50K, within my last semester of college. Since college, my distances have stretched longer. Recently, I attempted and completed my first 100-mile race.

I love running because it gives way to purposeful difficulty, paving the way for growth in preparation for the uncontrolled difficulty which life seemly always attacks with.

“Running is not easy. It is an invitation into an unfortable place filled with doubt, difficulty and struggle. When we accept than invitation, we find within ourselves truth, strength, and resilience.” - Anonymous
